  • Golf

    • We currently have positions open for our Caddie Program and Bag Room.  

      Caddie Requirements:
      - At Least 13 years of age
      - Strong enough to carry a 15 lb golf bag for an 18 hole round of golf (approximately 4.5 hours and 4 miles of walking)
      - Positive attitude and a good work ethic

      We view our caddie program as a training program for their future careers.   

      Bag Room Requirements:
      - At least 16 years of age
      - Drivers License or Learners permit
      - Positive Attitude and good work ethic
      - Strong customer service and communication skills

    • Lifeguards: Looking for energetic individuals who are willing to provide superior service to our membership on a daily basis.  Must be lifeguard certified, have a strong work ethic, friendly attitude, and dependable.  Full-time summer positions are available.


      Synchronized Swim Coaches: Looking for energetic individuals who have a passion for synchronized swimming.  Applicant should be available to teach and organize a 4th of July performance and a final performance on August 5th.  Does not have to be lifeguard certified.

      North Shore Country Club is in search of Dining room staff ranging from servers, bartenders to bussers, to further the Club’s mission in providing the highest degree of customer satisfaction.   The ideal candidate must have flexible availability and strong experience in high end dining environments. 

      Major FunctionsResponsible for prompt, courteous service to members and guests serving drinks and food as well as maintaining a clean and well-kept appearance of the bar, grill and dining areas.                         

      General Responsibilities:  Responsible for creating an impressive food and beverage experience for all members and guests by providing quality beverage and food products, with genuine personality in an entertaining hospitable atmosphere.  


      $12 per hour based on guaranteed hourly wage, earned commissions, & tips.

      Health benefits and Simple IRA also available to full time positions.

      Catering Sales Director and Member Relations Liaison 

      North Shore Country Club is pleased to offer the outstanding career opportunity of Catering Sales Director and Member Relations Liaison.  This position is responsible for soliciting weddings, private events, and social catering functions, entertaining and maintaining relationships with members, members guests to meet and/or exceed food and beverage revenue goals.  Oversee all catering event functions to ensure member & guest satisfaction.


      Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals

      Prepare correspondence to customers, internal booking reports and file maintenance

      Act as a member relations liaison for club members

      Develop/maintain/create new club sponsored events to attract members to participate in club activities

      Create, organize and distribute marketing materials to club members including weekly email blasts, monthly newsletters, and website content

      Work with other departments within the club to provide quality service to members, members guests and outside customers

      Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers


      Must have 2+ years of experience, or the individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities

      Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace

      Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process

      Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written

      Excellent inter-personal and sales related experience

      Exceptional organizational and supervisory skills

      Knowledge of food and beverage menus, food preparation and presentation

      Ability to act independently with minimal or no supervision

      Ability to communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently

      Sales ability and skill in both oral and written form

      Must possess basic computational ability

      Must possess computer skills, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher

      Ability to establish and master goals
